Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial. During the trial you can build and try your agent inside Lark. To put your agent live on your website you need an active paid plan. If you have not chosen a plan when the trial ends, your account is paused until you do. We do not delete your work when a trial ends or a plan is cancelled.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of making it. We offer one refund per account. Refunds are processed by us by hand, so please get in touch rather than disputing the charge with your bank.

To ask for a refund, email studiosundeck@gmail.com from the address on your account. When a refund is made, your paid plan ends and your account returns to the state it would be in without a plan.
